Emergency Plus Medical Services (E-Plus) wishes to inform its clients and the general public that we continue to provide undisrupted pre-hospital care and ambulances in all 47 counties.
E-Plus is the largest private emergency medical services and pre-hospital care provider in the East and Central Africa, with over 130 fleet of superior, fully equipped state of the art ambulances, manned by highly qualified paramedics and experienced in pre- hospital care. We operate both Landcruiser and Hiace ambulances equipped to the standards of Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support units.
In support of the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, E-Plus has designated special ambulances to respond to the suspected cases of Covid-19 patients. Other ambulances continue to respond to the normal health emergencies without interference.

E-Plus advocates for a strong emergency medical services (EMS) role in all phases of disasters and pandemic management—preparedness, response, and recovery. As such, we are taking maximum precautions in line with the provided guidelines to support the government initiative to mitigate the Covid-19 pandemic while we are saving lives from other types of health emergencies.
We remind our clients and general public to observe basic guidelines on hygiene; washing our hands regularly, maintaining social distance, practice respiratory hygiene as well as seeking medical attention in case of suspected symptoms.
We remain committed to quality emergency medical services to all Kenyans at all times.
We sincerely thank members of the public for their cooperation with our team of paramedics who have put their lives on the line providing the much needed emergency response.
